Can't find a game when queing with a party

Queing in a party isnt letting us join matches, it just sits at a timer counting down

Please both verify the integrity of the game files (right-click the game in your Steam library -> Properties - > Installed Files) and try again.

I tried that, the only way I can play in a party is by having another person as party lead.
