[BUG] 'Grot Bomm' ability bugged after respawn

When killed whilst using the Looted Wagon's 'Grot Bomm' ability, the subsequent use after respawning results in the ability not being used, instead just skipping to starting a 20-second cooldown.

I've had this issue several times today, to the point I don't want to use the wagon.
