[Feature] Red outline when we are inflicted damage or when close to death.

If I dont pay attention to my health bar at the bottom, I have no reminder that things are going south.
Could we get a sound, a red outline or something?

There is already a red vignette border when you are close to death and a big red marker when you get hit showing you where you are getting hit from. Do you think the red vignette border needs to be more obvious?
