[Bug] with hit registration

I keep shooting enemies with my weapons and It doesn't register the damage but they can damage me easily and if I stop shooting and start shooting again, It has a chance of it damaging the enemy or not

Plus one to this! I'd like it if the hit registration and netcode were given a once over. It was very iffy during the beta.
