[Feedback] Buff Grot Missile

The Looted tanks grot missile is very slow and flyes only a short distance, faster rigs can easily out-race it. It also could easily do double damage on a direct hit, without being unbalanced, right now it takes a little under half heath on a watrike on direct hit.

feels like this Missile was buffed this playtest, and i think it feels pretty good now. handles acceptably without being too easy, good Damage, good speed, good AoE/falloff.
only complaint i could have is the Cooldown, however it is quite powerful so it makes sense for balance purposes.
