[Bug] Private Match with No Map Selected

When I didn't click any map, I went to a white texture-less area and didn't see a HUD
I clicked pause on my Razer controller, I died, and couldn't do anything and needed to use my keyboard to respawn, then the game crashed

Steps to replicate:
1. Set up a private group ensuring that none of the available courses are selected.
2. Begin the match.

Expected result:
Some error message or UI element to indicate that at least 1 course must be chosen.

Actual result:
The match begins with some issues -
1. No HUD
2. No terrain textures
3. No other vehicles
4. The escape key does not bring up the menu to be able to quit the game.

When creating a custom game I did not click to select a map. This spawned me in a dev testing environment with some weird landscape and textureless pyramid objects

Me and My Friend were just starting to Play and he started up a Private Game. Not sure what he did but he Named the Room "Cole Gamer" so I could Join him.
When we loaded in we were in what we could call a Beta Dev Room where the floor was flat and there was checker board textures on everything. Which we thought was weird but really Cool!

Obviously this isn't intended. Thought I'd come here and Mention that this happened!
Maybe He Didn't Select a Map and that's what caused the Dev Room to load but we just went on Playing Normally so Not sure how to replicate it other than that idea.

Creating a Private Deff Rally Game without selecting any maps ends up loading into a grey/gray box level which you can't exit out of aside from closing the game.

Steps to reproduce
1. From the main menu, Select 'Play Game'
2. Select 'Create Private Game'
3. Select 'Deff Rally'
4. Deselect all maps
5. Click on 'Create Game'

From here, you're in a grey box level with no UI, and can't press Esc to bring up any menus or exit.

In order to exit, have to go to steam to stop game.
