[Feature] Mega Deff-dread

Mega deff-dread to give dreadmob fans some love. Heavy vehicle that's slow in general with short bursts of speed thanks to its souped up mega-charga. Equipped with powerful melee via the rippa klaw and strong but infrequent ranged via the killkannon that should function the same as the kannon on the looted wagon.

Perhaps it could be a heavy vehicle that's unique in getting a dash ability, or perhaps its E skill could be a speed boost.

Honestly think a Deff Dread and Killa Kan vechile option would be betta' than Mega Deff Dread. They already have th' wartrike and grot mega tank. A Deff Dread and Killa Kan could be fine additions

If not as playable vehicles, as random enemies around th' maps (eitha' neutral enemies fer both parties er each team havin' their own wandarin' 'bout)
