[Bug] Fix controller dead zones

Controllers have an issue with the dead zones of the left and right analog sticks. it seems right now there are no small changes in aim or driving, its full blast or no input. Easily reproducible, just needs a build up to full power if you hold the analog stick only slightly left or right, and if your holding it up left, then make your vehicle move in that direction instead.
