[Feedback] Anti camping/Anti-waiting

Right now there are not a lot of reasons to drive around and not just camp and focus fire on approaching enemies. Item Box suggestion will alleviate this somewhat, but also it would be nice to have partitions to prevent some from going on ahead of time or camping on a not yet opened capture point.
