[Feedback] Change controls for wheeled vehicles. (Controller)

The problem: The current one-stick control works for tanks, but not for wheeled vehicles. Wheeleds cant turn on a dime like tanks can, and with controls as they are set up turning them immediately slows them down.
My suggestion is, use RT to accelerate / LT to brake, and RB / LB to shoot weapons. Boost can be moved to A.
In this context, up / down on the Left stick does nothing, as it will be used only for steering.
